The ISOIL LBM Positive Displacement (PD) Meter Series provides high measurement accuracy and excellent repeatability across a wide range of flow rates. The meters are designed to maintain consistent measurement accuracy over extended periods of operation, ensuring reliable and dependable performance. The measured flow rate can be visually displayed using a mechanical register or an electronic flow computer mounted directly on the meter. Alternatively, a pulse emitter can transmit the measurement signal to a remote electronic flow computer or counter. During operation, the vanes are driven by the internal surface of the single-piece measuring body. The self-lubricating vanes remain continuously in contact with the internal surface of the measuring chamber, minimizing product leakage and ensuring highly accurate measurement. The integrated calibration mechanism allows precise, micrometric adjustment of the meter. Calibration can therefore be carried out without the need to change gears, making adjustment simple, accurate, and efficient.
