Pneumatic tie-rod cylinder that converts compressed air into linear or rotary motion for automation, packaging and manufacturing systems.

A pneumatic air cylinder is a mechanical device that converts the energy of compressed air into a reciprocating linear or rotary motion. Because they use gas rather than oil, these actuators are clean, highly responsive, and widely preferred in automation, packaging, and manufacturing environments. Adjustable cushioning at both ends with elastomer pads. Wide variety of mountings. Optional: High-temperature (Viton seals), 150°C max. Optional: Non-corrosive stainless steel piston rod and piston rod lock nut (SS304).
