ISOIL Refueling Units (R.U.) are designed for fuel distribution in the marine and aviation sectors, as well as for general fuel handling applications in industrial environments. Drawing on extensive experience in the petrochemical industry, ISOIL provides flexible, tailor-made solutions to meet specific customer requirements. The complete system components are assembled and wired inside a stainless-steel cabinet, providing effective protection against sun, rain, and harsh environmental conditions. Standard models are available with maximum flow rates of 160, 300, 500, and 700 litres/minute. The R.U. refueling unit is supplied as a complete system and can be customized with a range of accessories according to individual application requirements. The unit can be equipped with either an electronic or mechanical counter with a preset function, allowing the operator to dispense a predetermined quantity of fuel accurately. A no-panel version is also available for applications requiring an alternative configuration. Particular attention has been given to ease of operation, safety, and flexibility in handling the fuel hose and dispensing nozzle. The hose reel is equipped with a direct-coupled motor, eliminating the need for a transmission drive belt. The automatic hose rewind operates at a speed of approximately 0.6 m/s, facilitating quick and convenient hose retraction after refueling. The cabinet is also equipped with integrated drip trays, which help minimize product waste and maintain a cleaner working environment. Any fuel dripping from the air vent valve or dispensing nozzle can be collected within the trays.
